Agreement - This Web Site is owned and presented by Atlas Ropes Inc. as a service to our distributors, customers and friends.  Your use of this Site is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Except where otherwise indicated, this Site and all text, images, graphics, photographs, drawings, designs, audio, video, data, software, files, trademarks, service marks, trade names, pricing information and other information contained on this Site, are the exclusive property of Atlas Ropes Inc. You may use and download the information and materials from this Site for your own informational purposes only.  You may not sell, lease, or otherwise transfer the information or materials on this site for any purpose.  Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, you may not reproduce, copy, retransmit or modify any of the content of this Site without the express, prior, written authorization of Atlas Ropes Inc.

Terms of Payment - Invoices are issued as of date of shipment covering deliveries from our stocks and are due and payable in lawful money of Canada upon the issuance thereof unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing.  The acceptance of any order or specification and terms of payment on order is subject to approval of Atlas Ropes credit department.  Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard.

All orders are subject to product availability.

Buyer's duty to inspect - Buyer must immediately inspect all materials for shortages, conformity with order and defects.  Claims for shortage or deductions for erroneous charges must be presented within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the goods or they will not be allowed.

Data Accuracy -  Atlas provides technical information, specifications and item description with each product.  Atlas does not guarantee data accuracy on its website or documents and disclaims all liability.  

Once the customer receives the product, it is customer's responsibility to inspect the product in its original packaging and verify that the product meets the specifications as ordered. 

Release and Indemnity - With the exception of the rights arising from the Limited Warranty, Customers hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Atlas Ropes, its employees, agents, servants, insurers, and representatives harmless of and from any claims related to any personal injury or property damage, which indemnity shall include attorneys' fees or cost incurred in connection with defense of claims for personal injury or property damage, in any way arising from or related to this purchase by Customer.
